Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Estimated Delivery

• United States Express: approximately 1–2 business days in transit after dispatch. Estimated total time including processing: 4–9 business days.
• Standard shipping to eligible African destinations: approximately 15–20 business days in transit after dispatch. Estimated total time including processing: 18–27 business days.

Shipping availability, methods, and charges depend on the products in your cart and the delivery address. The final available shipping option and cost are shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.

Duties and Import Taxes

VELVANTA covers applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges for international orders. Customers should not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected customs payment, contact us at autokit@velvanter.com before making payment.

Delays and Address Issues

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery times. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
